Powell makes sweeping changes following Leeds loss

Castleford Tigers coach Daryl Powell has swung the axe ahead of this week’s local derby with Wakefield after his side fell to a disappointing defeat to Leeds last time out.

The Rhinos ran out 18-10 winners over Cas at the Jungle, with Powell opting to make four changes to his line up, with a two big names returning from injury.

Jake Trueman and Oliver Holmes return to the squad alongside Tuoyo Egodo and youngster Jacques O’Neill, with Greg Eden, Mitch Clark, Cory Aston and Matt Cook all dropping out of the reckoning.
