Catalans’ plans for next season and beyond have continued to take shape with the news that one of their most promising back-rowers has agreed new terms.
Benjamin Julien has put pen to paper on a contract that will keep him in Perpignan until at least the end of 2021.
Julien joined the Dragons from Warrington, after having previously played for North Wales Crusaders and Wynnum-Manly in Australia.
He said: “I’m delighted to stay at the Dragons for two more years.
“The club have ambitions and I’m really happy to be a part of it.
“Having won the Challenge Cup last season, I want to lift the Super League trophy now with this club and this team, I want to do it for Catalonia.”
Dragons boss Steve McNamara added: “Benjamin is a young French player who is an important member of our squad.
“There is still lots of improvement to come in Ben’s game and we look forward to working with him to achieve his potential.”
