A former Toronto player, who most recently played in the Championship for Sheffield, has agreed terms with Batley.
Shaun Pick started his career with Huddersfield, before joining Featherstone and then being handed a chance by the Wolfpack.
He cut short his start in Canada to link up with the Eagles last year.
In a statement announcing the signing, the club say: “Sure to add power and experience to the side, Shaun is looking forward to getting started with The Bulldogs.”
Pick was banned for two years, between 2014 and 2016, after testing positive for metabolites of a steroid.
