Castleford have issued a statement on their website warning about the property damage at grounds caused by stickers.

The Tigers have informed supporters that the used of stickers at the Tigers’ Mend-A-Hose Jungle home, and on the road at away grounds, will be treated as vandalism.

The statement adds: “The club’s Ground Safety Officer is appealing to fans to not use stickers at any ground as they are very difficult and sometimes impossible to remove.

“Not only does this take up a lot of man hours to try to remove them but it causes damage to property.
