Castleford Tigers half back Jamie Ellis highlighted all three of their final games of the regular season as critical with them sit just outside the top five.

The Tigers are behind Salford on points difference alone, but face a tough run in against St Helens, Hull and Wigan in order to secure their place in the play-offs.

After winning their last two games, Ellis believes the club are in good shape and need to continue to lift over the next three weeks.

“It’s very tight, but we play all top teams now so they are all four-point games,” he said.

“We can’t worry about what anyone else is doing, it is just game by game.

“We are just taking each game as it comes and hopefully we’ll get three wins.”
