Featherstone Rovers have announced that one of the younger talents has re-signed for another two years.
22 year old James Harrison has extended his stay at the LD Nutrition Stadium until the end of the 2021 season after impressing so far in his first season with Rovers.
The son of former Great Britain star Karl Harrison made his name at fellow Championship side Batley before linking up with Fev and he was excited to extend his stay with the club.
“I’m delighted, it has come around pretty quickly. I’m really enjoying my time here and I can’t think of a better place to spend two more years,” he said.
“I’ve learned a lot this year, especially under Ryan (Carr), who’s been great with me. When the opportunity came to stay under a coach like him and a club like this, I couldn’t say no to it.”
