Latest Bulls accounts reveal extent of debts

The latest accounts published to Companies House have revealed net liabilities owed by Bradford totalling more than £1.4m.

The figure of £1,426,587 follows a loss of just under £850,000 made during the 12 months from January 31 2018 to January 31 2019.

The liabilities include £279,485 of payments due within one year and a further £1,212,139 due after more than one year.

New Bulls part-owner Mark Sawyer has revealed plans to service the debt and stabilise the club, and several players have already departed as the new consortium scrambles to generate cash and reduce the wage bill.
