A former Halifax, Warrington and St Helens forward, who has embarked on an acting career since retirement, has been announced one Bradford’s new shareholders.

Adam Fogerty has appeared in several Hollywood films, including Snatch alongside Brad Pitt, and Mean Machine with Jason Statham.

But his latest role sees him line up alongside Nigel Wood and Mark Sawyer as part of the board tasked with bringing success back to the Bulls.

Fogerty will also work alongside the club’s commercial department to help generate sponsorship and service existing partners.

He said: “It is an honour to be involved with such a big brand and I hope I can play a big part in reviving the club back to its former glories.

“The Bradford Bulls have a great fanbase and they have aspirations of the club competing at the highest level again.

“I am looking forward to getting involved and helping rebuild the fans’ trust and support as we look to Bring The Bulls Back to Bradford at the earliest opportunity.”
