League Express are reporting that Hull FC are currently in talks to bring in one of London Broncos’ key players for next season as they look to finalise their squad.

Express writer Matt Shaw suggests that Broncos utility James Cunningham has held talks with his former club about securing a potential return to the KCOM Stadium for next year, with his contract expiring this season.

“With Jez Litten set to leave the club in order to join city rivals Hull Kingston Rovers, Hull coach Lee Radford is in need of someone to cover mainstay hooker Danny Houghton,” Shaw writes.

“Cunningham’s ability to play half back would provide further cover too, making him a useful asset heading into next season.”
