Reports reveal details of Bulls’ deal with Dewsbury

Reports on social media have speculated the amount Bradford will pay to play matches at Dewsbury’s Tetley’s Stadium home next season.

The Bulls announced last night that they will leave Odsal and ground-share with Rams in 2020 and 2021.

Broadcast journalist Mick Gledhill claims the Bulls will pay “around £2,000 a game” to play at The Tetley’s Stadium.

He said: “Bradford Bulls will be paying around £2,000 per game to the Dewsbury Rams to play at The Tetley’s Stadium next season, saving over £30,000 per game on the current agreement with playing home games at Odsal Stadium.

“When you take emotion out of decisions things look clearer.”

Gledhill claims the figures were provided by Bulls chairman Andrew Chalmers.
