Hull Daily Mail are reporting that Hull KR are on the brink of securing the services of one of Warrington’s forwards for the 2020 season.
After previously spending a few weeks on loan in east Hull earlier this year, Wolves back rower Harvey Livett is thought to be on his way back to Craven Park.
Hull Daily Mail reporter James Smailes understands that Livett will join Rovers on a season long loan for 2020 after impressing former Warrington coach Tony Smith during his initial loan spell.
“It’s understood the 22-year-old will join on a season-long loan deal, with Warrington not ready to permanently part ways at this stage with a home-grown player who has come through their academy, Smailes writes.
“Livett was one of Tony Smith’s first signings following the head coach’s arrival at the club, with the ex-Wolves boss turning to his old club to add much-needed reinforcements by signing a player who he gave his Super League debut to in 2017.”
