Leeds have confirmed the appointment of Richard Agar as their permanent head coach from next season, on a rolling 12-month contract.

He confirmed on Friday that he’d held talks with chief executive Gary Hetherington and director of rugby Kevin Sinfield about taking the role permanently.

And his appointment has been confirmed at a press conference at Headingley this morning.
