Despite nursing two injuries in the aftermath of his side’s narrow win over Leeds last Sunday, Hull FC half back Marc Sneyd has insisted he’ll be fit for this Saturday’s Challenge Cup semi-final clash with Warrington.

Sneyd landed the winning goal from the touchline late on at Headingley to give Hull their first win at Leeds since 2007, but left the ground nursing a back and shoulder complaint.

However, the two time Lance Todd trophy winner had no doubt he’d be fit to try and guide his side to their third trip to Wembley in four seasons.

“I’m okay, honest, it’ll be fine,” he said.

“Obviously the two biggest memories I’ve got in my career so far are those two Wembley trips with Hull.

“We’ll be doing everything we can in the 80 minutes ahead – and hopefully we’ll be on a coach back down to Wembley in a few weeks again.”
