A former NRL star winger now plying his trade in French rugby union is thought to be keen to secure a return to the 13 man game, but clubs are hesitant due to his enormous salary expectations.

Former Australia and Fiji international Semi Radradra is playing for Bordeaux in France and is thought to be earning almost $1 million a season in the opposite code, but is exploring a possible return to the the code where he became a star, with his former club Parramatta keen to secure his services.

However, the hefty price tag, which would make him by far the highest of any winger in the game, is something of a stumbling block for the Eels, according to Sydney Morning Herald.
