The report suggests: “the Red Devils are hoping to tie down the Irish international on loan but have yet to negotiate a deal.”

Hull FC winger Ratu Nualogo remains on the radar of rugby union’s Exter Chiefs, according to League Weekly’s Dave Parker. Parker writes: “After his two try performances in the Black and Whites’ opening win at Leeds, I was informed all eyes would be on him this term.”

Bradford’s interim chairman Eric Perez believes the Bulls can reap the benefits of playing on a smaller field at Dewsbury in the longer-term. Writing in his Telegraph & Argus column, he said: “This will take time but what is a slight disadvantage now, will soon become an advantage when we get it right.”
